How do you charge for repairs?We charge £78.00 only for labour, except for fridges/freezers and dishwashers where it's £90.00.

Where do you cover?We serve all areas within London and Greater London, including Croydon, Bromley, parts of Kent and Surrey — primarily within the M25. Please call us to confirm coverage in your area.

Do you charge a call-out fee?Our call out is included in our fixed labour charge.

Does the charge include the cost of part?You pay for the part separately and it is only if – and when – you need it.

After the engineer has made the diagnosis, how long do I have to decide whether to proceed with the repair?You will have 2 to 5 working days to make a decision. After this period, if you contact us again, it will be treated as a new booking. Please discuss this with the engineer on site, as they may already have the necessary part with them — this is why engineers carry parts during visits.

Do I have to make a deposit for parts?Despite the fact that our engineers carry parts with them, there are still some parts which are "special orders" which they don't carry. These parts need to be ordered and we don't force customers to deposit for parts. In rare cases, we might advise customers to do so.

How can I pay?We accept all major debit/credit cards, cash and bank transfers. Kindly let us know which of these options you would prefer.

Is your charge part inclusive?No, you need to pay for the part if your appliance needs it.

Do you charge for subsequent visits if my appliance can’t be fixed in one visit?No, we don’t. We only charge once for resolving your initial complaint, regardless of how many visits it takes to fix your appliance.

Can I buy parts myself for my repair?Yes, you're welcome to purchase parts on your own before engaging our services. Additionally, if we’re unable to source the necessary parts after our visit, you may choose to buy them yourself. We’ll let you know if and when we’re unable to obtain the required parts.

How much will I pay if I have the part already?We apply our standard labour charge of £78.00 when the part is installed.

Is my repair guaranteed?Yes, your repair is covered by a labour guarantee for up to 12 months when we supply the part. However, please speak with the on-site engineer about the guarantee for the specific part used in your repair, as the parts themselves may have different guarantee periods. Some parts may be covered for longer, while others may have shorter coverage.

What should I expect if the appliance part takes a long time to arrive?We make every effort to expedite the arrival of parts by applying pressure on our manufacturers. However, there are occasional circumstances beyond both our and the manufacturers' control. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience.

Do you have an insurance policy in place to cover any mishap or accident that may occur during or after the repair of my appliance?Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance in place to cover any major damage. Our engineers are fully trained and take great care when performing repairs at clients' properties. However, during the course of repairing a appliance, minor or incidental damage—such as scratches, marks, or small tears—may occasionally occur. These types of damage are often unavoidable and outside the engineer’s control. As such, we cannot accept responsibility for minor or superficial damage that may arise while carrying out the repair work at your premises.
